Clarkes History Mr. Clarke and his son Tim formed Clarkes Carpets in 1968. Delivery Promise You will agree, there is nothing more annoying than being promised a delivery date and being let down. For this reason, if we are unable to meet an agreed delivery date you will receive a refund on your order. Although the amount is small, the objective is not to give refunds but to keep our word. You can rest assured every effort will be made by us and our suppliers so that there is no need for money to change hands. Trading Policy All our staff are employed on a salaried basis. We do not believe in a commission based system. Competition between sales staff should be based on how well they serve the customer - not on the size of the order. This is why you will experience the same level of attention regardless of the floor covering chosen, or the extent of your purchase. Guide Lines All our estimates and invoices include printed guidance notes on carpet care following a purchase. We supply these notes to give each customer the benefit of our experience, thus ensuring you the maximum satisfaction and years of enjoyment from you purchase After Sales Service We pride ourselves on our relationship with our customer. With this in mind, we believe our after sales service to be second to none. We are very aware that when our customers make a flooring purchase from our store they are also buying Clarkes Service. To maintain our good reputation for quality and service, we closely monitor the products we sell. If any purchase does not come up to specification, we will do our utmost to bring about an amicable solution. |
